low fat muffin - no butter or vegetable oil

我真的很愛吃這些甜點,但是我又不愛吃太甜的,而且我也不想吃太油的。可是冬天肚子真的很餓,所以我就找來了一個食譜。經過我的改良,他比原本的食譜還健康,而且大家一直跟我要食譜喔。







1 1/2 C flour
1/2 C brown sugar
1/4 C cocoa powder
2 t baking powder
1 t baking soda
1/2 t salt
2/3 C non-fat plain yogurt
2/3 C milk (It called for skim milk, I used 2%)
1/2 t vanilla extract
1/3 C raisin
1/3 C chocolate chip

1. Mix dry ingredients.
2. Stir in yogurt, milk, and vanilla just until combine. (Rule of thumb - DON'T over stir, it will come out rigid.)
3. 400 F, 20 minutes until tooth pick come out clean.

糕點類的不能過度攪,會變很硬。原本食譜用3/4的白糖,但是我覺得那樣會太甜。葡萄乾和chips是增加口感,不加亦可。但是要留意,因為沒有奶油香,如果不加一些料,可能會覺得在吃甜麵粉。
