燕麥餅乾- 椰子


椰子燕麥餅乾


1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
2 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 cups oats
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup chocolate chips
(try + 1 cup walnut, 1 cup raisins)

1. Cream butter and sugar in mixer bowl until light and fluffy.
2. Add eggs, vanilla, and salt; beat well.
3. Add mixture of flour, baking soda, and baking powder; mix well.
4. Stir in oats, coconut, walnuts, raisins, and chocolate chips.
5. Shape in 1-inch balls; place on cookie sheet.
6. Bake 350F for 10 minutes or until cookies test down.


這餅乾不甜。第一次做只有家兩顆蛋,所以稍加乾了一點。也沒有放核桃和葡萄乾。食譜是改良的,原本的奶油和糖都是現在食譜的ㄧ倍。

椰子絲有點硬硬的,增加了不同的口感。整體而言,家中的人都還滿喜歡的;至於我,心理上覺得這是「比較健康」的餅乾,可以多吃囉!
