中秋賞蛋黃酥和蔥餅
講了幾年,終於終於在中秋節做了蛋黃酥。
自製的紅豆餡少去了市售的油膩和甜膩。剛剛好的味道配上鹹鴨蛋,唯一美中不足的是鴨蛋不夠鹹 嗚嗚...另有蔥餅很多個(好懷念台大附近的蔥餅阿)
